Back in 1997 successful and complete recovery on the CFIDS Protocol of Ms. Emmylou Morey a young British chronic fatigue sufferer was featured on BBC Panorama programme. Both Emmylou and her mother have done a substantial amount bof enthusiastic informative work on the CFIDS Protocol in the UK which work formed basis of consolidation of groups of recovered patients into the "Petrovic CFIDS Health Association of the United Kingdom". Since this pioneering project start in 1997 numerous UK patients have recovered on the Protocol, and the idea of one 'nucleus' association was spontaneously outgrown. We wish to thank both Emmylou and Mrs. Morey who for their original project that helped saved many lives in the UK!

She says: "Because Dr Petrovic has literally given me my life back, I feel that the only way I could repay him was to spread the word and tell other CFIDS patients about him and his amazing work. I was the only second UK patient to be cured, and our house has become a centre that provides information for potential patients, and advice and support for those undertaking the treatment. My mother and I deal with enquiries from people nation-wide, and indeed world-wide, by phone e-mail, re-telling my story over and over to people in the same position as we were pre-Dr Petrovic".
