To whom it may concern:

Simon Nichols has been in the employ of Supreme Larson Juhl for the past five years. Simon is employed as a sales representative and is in command of the companies largest area.

During Simon's time at Supreme he has always excelled in what he has done. However in the past six months Simon was not himself. Discrepancies started appearing in his day to day performance and generally he did not seem happy in his life neither personal or work related.

Simon was called in with regard to incidents such as, being late for Sales meetings, not seeing customers, attitude and the general way in which he was conducting himself.

Simon had a problem with his health and went to see a Dr. Petrovic It became apparent that Simon was suffering from CFS. He has been on a course of treatment for the past four weeks, and it has transformed him into the person he was a number of years ago. Simon's transformation has been phenomenal, and this is evident in the fact that Simon had a record month in sales last month.

We at Supreme Larson Juhl wish Simon all the success with his further treatment as it has been beneficial to Simon and the company as a whole.
