Dear Nash,
Thank you for your kind message, our greetings are recipricated to you and
your lovely family.
I am at the moment feeling absolutely great and with a radical change in
my lifestyle I feel I am improving all the time! Before I commenced the
programme you sent me an article which included your words 'we are what
we eat", I have always remembered this and it was this that inspired such a
radical change.
I feel very confident in my health now and have taken the plunge again, we are
expecting a new addition in July 2000, to our family.
