Dear Dr. Petrovic,

I apologize for taking so long to e-mail how I am doing. It has been six months since I completed the programme. I am doing great. I feel
wonderful and have quite a bit of energy. I will get six hours of sleep on some nights and do not have any CFIDS symptoms. I am usually tired the next day when I only get six hours of sleep but I am able to make it through the day without a nap. This is quite a new concept for me. My daughter is no longer taking naps so I have had to stop myself, it is so encouraging to me that I feel fine without rest during the day. Some days I will take about a half hour nap for a little extra energy but could do fine without it. I have not been achy at all. I was worried how I would feel once I was off the
programme and am pleased that I can say "I am doing great." I have a new phone number (623)544-8685. We are living in Arizona now. If
you need to give my name and number out to anyone that might have questions I would be more than happy to talk to them. I hope all is well with you. If you have any questions please let me know.

Blessings, Brooke
